Agentic AI.

Agents that perceive, reason, and act across your stack — so the work that used to take a team of humans takes minutes and costs a fraction.

We design and deploy goal-oriented AI agents that integrate with your existing tools, follow your business rules, and escalate gracefully when they hit an edge case. Built on modern LLMs with tight guardrails, audit trails, and human-in-the-loop controls — the kind of autonomy that regulated enterprises can actually ship.

What you walk away with

  • A working agent in your sandbox

Running on your real data and tools within two weeks of kickoff. Not a slide deck.

  • An evaluation suite

A labelled test set built from your own cases, run on every release, so quality is measured.

  • Guardrails and approvals

Confidence thresholds, PII redaction and approval steps set to your risk policy.

  • Runbook and handover

Dashboards, alert rules and a playbook your ops team can run without us.

Capabilities

What we build
under this service.

Each engagement is scoped to your workflow, your constraints, and your users — but these are the capabilities we bring to the table.

01

Custom agent development

We start with your workflow, not the model. Agents are scoped to a job-to-be-done and wired to your APIs, data sources, and approval chains.

  • Tool-use and function calling
  • Memory and state management
  • Eval harness for every release
02

Workflow automation

Replace brittle RPA scripts and manual routing with agents that read documents, fill forms, and drive processes end-to-end.

  • Document intelligence (OCR + LLM)
  • Email and ticket triage
  • Back-office reconciliation
03

Multi-system integration

Agents that can read from your core banking, ERP, CRM, and data warehouse — and safely write back through typed, audited actions.

  • REST, GraphQL, SOAP connectors
  • Event-driven triggers
  • Role-based write guardrails
04

Governance & observability

Every agent decision is logged, replayable, and attributable. You keep the visibility regulators, auditors, and your own ops team need.

  • Prompt + response traces
  • Cost and latency dashboards
  • Red-team evaluations
Reference architecture

How an agent
fits into your stack.

A reference shape for a document-handling agent in a regulated business. The agent plans and reads; typed tools touch your systems; a person approves anything that writes.

  1. 01Reads like an analyst

Fields are pulled from scans and phone photos, each linked back to the spot on the page it came from.

  2. 02Shows its working

Every lookup, tool call and model response sits in a timeline your auditors can replay.

  3. 03Stops for a person

Writes to core systems wait for a named approver. Nothing posts on the model's say-so.

Illustrative screens. Names and figures are sample data.

Our approach

How we
actually deliver.

01

Scope the job

We interview your operators, shadow the workflow, and write down the success criteria in measurable terms before any model is chosen.

02

Prototype in days

A working agent in your sandbox in under two weeks — using your real data, connected to your real tools, with a clear eval set.

03

Ship with guardrails

Rollout gated behind feature flags and human approvals. Observability, fallbacks, and escalation paths are part of v1, not v2.

Engineering standards

Built in from v1,
not bolted on later.

Safety

  • PII redacted before any model call
  • Outputs validated against a schema
  • Read-only by default; writes need approval
  • Inbound documents filtered for prompt injection

Quality

  • Evaluation set built from your cases
  • Regression run on every prompt or model change
  • Confidence scoring with safe fallbacks
  • Adversarial testing before go-live

Operations

  • Full trace of every run
  • Cost and latency tracked per task
  • Model routing with provider failover
  • On-prem models for sensitive data
Where it’s used

Real problems.
Real deployments.

Banking

Loan document intake

An agent reads, classifies, and extracts fields from uploaded KYC and income documents, flagging anomalies for a human underwriter.

Operations

Exception handling at scale

Reconciliation breaks and settlement mismatches triaged automatically — with the agent drafting the resolution email for a one-click send.

Customer service

Tier-0 support

Natural-language answers sourced from your knowledge base, escalated to a human with full context when confidence drops below threshold.

Questions

Asked on
every first call.

Can the agent run without sending our data to a public AI model?

Yes. The gateway can route sensitive tasks to models running on your own servers, such as Llama or Mistral through Ollama, and personal data is redacted before anything leaves your network.

What stops the agent from making a costly mistake?

Agents are read-only by default. Any write to a core system goes through a typed tool with validation, and actions above your risk threshold wait for a named person to approve them.

How do you know the agent is good enough to go live?

Before building, we agree on an evaluation set drawn from your real cases and the accuracy bar for go-live. Every release is scored against it, and the scores are shared with you.

Which systems can it connect to?

Anything with an API or a database: core banking, ERP, CRM, email and document stores. For older systems without APIs we build a thin adapter first.

How long until we see something working?

A first agent running on your data in your sandbox usually takes under two weeks. Production rollout follows once it clears the evaluation bar.

Have a project in mind? Let’s talk.

Tell us where you are today and where you’d like to be. A 30-minute discovery call is usually enough for us to know if we can help — and if we can’t, we’ll point you at someone who can.
